    SERV, a well-established leader in behavioral healthcare in NJ, provides a wide range of quality residential and support services.  We are in need of compassionate and caring individuals who would like to support our consumers in achieving greater independence and life satisfaction. We are in need of a Fleet Manager who will be responsible for maintenance records, registration renewal, insurance cards, tracking lease agreements, etc.


    • Track accident reports, incident reports and insurance claims along with body damage repairs.
    • Oversee the monitoring/tracking of vehicle GPS reports and provides reporting to applicable departments.
    • Serve as SERV’s subject-matter-expert on wheelchair lift operation and restraint protocol;
    • Develops accountability measures for safe operation standards and devises/carries out processes to ensure completion of routine vehicle maintenance.
    • Delivers high quality, standardized interactive trainings to all drivers within organization related to safe operation of company vehicles in group/individual settings
    • Travels as necessary to provide instruction on site as needed.
    • Assist Serv’s Training Team in the maintaining of learning content on SERV Behavioral Health System, Inc. drivers’ policy, fleet maintenance and basic vehicle operation information. The Manager performs other duties as may be deemed necessary for the agency.

    Education and Experience:  High School Diploma or equivalent required.


    Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:  Valid drivers license in the state of residence plus three-year driving history and a driving record in good standing at the time of hire.


    Additional Requirements:  Employee must be at least 21 years of age and successfully complete all agency orientation.
