    A Masters level professional in the field of behavioral health who will provide supervision to Residential Program Manager as assigned by the Director.  The Coordinator will function as a manager of specific programs and functions to ensure daily operation and achieve stated program’s goals and objectives. 

     

    Responsibilities

    • Provide case management and face-to-face services for assigned clients, as needed for the program. 
    • Assist the Director in the recruitment, interviewing and hiring of staff. 
    • Assist in the identification of staff education needs. 
    • Provides treatment services as necessary; this involves carrying and responding to a pager, as scheduled.  Under the supervision of the Chief Operation Officer, acts on behalf of the Director in his/her absence.  The Coordinator is at times responsible for monitoring and recording program statistics and overseeing program compliance. 
    • Assist with other Coordinator’s duties as assigned by the Director and perform other duties as from time-to-time, be deemed appropriated by the supervisor.

    Education and Experience:  Masters Degree in behavioral  health field with three years mental health services experience of which one year is supervisory/program management in nature in human service setting.

     

    Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:  Valid drivers license in the state of residence plus three year driving history and a driving record in good standing.
