A professional in the field of behavioral health, who will provide the supervision of assigned personnel, including but not limited to Program Supervisors, Intervention Team Leader, Senior Behavior Analysis Services Coordinator and Behavior Specialists. 


  • Participate in the completion of intake assessments for designated programs which include but not limited to Mobile Crisis Response Service and Home Based community programs.
  • Oversee Behavior Support programs to ensure overall operation and achieve stated program’s goals and objectives.
  • Develop and oversee the implementation of Behavior Plans and other assessments, while providing case management and direct care services for assigned clients, as needed for the program. 
  • Promotes the professional development of personnel to enhance the specialized services provided to the clients of SERV Behavioral Health System, Inc. 
  • Assist in the identification and presentation of clinical education needs; participates in the design, execution and analysis of evaluation measures and training data; and participate in Pre-Services and other in-house training. 
  • Responsible for developing benchmarks and expectations for the department including caseloads, measures of success, and documentation.
  • Provides clinical services by maintaining and responding to a cell phone during working hours and provides support through a rotating BSS on-call system.
  • Responsible for monitoring and overseeing program compliance. 
  • Ensures that services are rendered in accordance with all safety, Federal and state regulations, as well as agency and corporate policies. Performs other duties as from time-to-time, be deemed necessary for the agency. 
  • Cooperate fully with any investigation performed by SERVBHS, Inc. as well as in cooperation with DDD/DMHAS Office of Licensing or DDD/DMHAS staff.

Education and Experience:    Requirements are a Masters Degree in behavioral health field with five years clinical experience related to working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or mental illness, of which one year is supervisory in nature in a human services setting.  The candidate must have a Board Certified behavior analyst certification (BCBA).


Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:  Driver’s license valid in the state of New Jersey, plus three years driving history and a driving record in good standing. BCBA Certification required.
